This 4.2 lbs smallie hammered my Victory Baits buzzbait.  The secret is the counter-rotating blades.  They really churn up the water.  This guy was lurking around behind a rock ledge, just out of the current, about 50 yards from the dam on Fall Lake by Ely Minnesota.  Veterans on the Lake hosted our group.  They have an awesome location with many amenities.  Check them out.
