Bad Bass Boys is honored to have Mark Lebos as our in-house fitness expert. Mark is also an avid bass angler and outdoor enthusiast who believes that excercise and nutrition are simply tools that allow him to persue his passions. Mark brings a wealth of knowledge, enthusiasim and experience to the B3 community. His goal is to help you stay in shape so you can fish for many more years.
About Mark Exercise Physiologist/Trainer Mark is not only a certified personal trainer, but comes loaded with education and experience that underscores his commitment to the health and fitness field. He has a Masters in exercise physiology from San Francisco State University and a BS in exercise and sports science from the University of Georgia. Mark first worked in the physical therapy field as an exercise physiologist.Mark has been a personal trainer for 13 years, developing exercise programs for people of all ages, sizes, shapes, skills, health limitations and goals. He works with clients at various gyms, as well as in their homes.Mark stays in shape pursuing his passion for surfing and chasing around his 4-year-old son and newborn baby girl. His own busy life has given Mark a real understanding for all things practical, including how to fit exercise into our busy lives.Marks excercise and nutrition pages will be up soon.
