Field Staff & Pro Staff Expectations:

You will be expected to have fun with a little In-your-face attitude.  After all, you are a Bad Bass Boy/Babe right?  You will be asked to submit well written, grammatically correct and informative articles to post on your webpage.  You will be expected to conduct yourself as a professional at all times.  Our goal is to project a positive image of our industry in an effort to continue growth and attract potential sponsors to the competitive fishing industry.  A positive image translates to proper fish handling, safety, conservation, courtesy to other anglers and dock owners, personal appearance and attitude.  Additionally, we ask that you participate in the Forum to assist your fellow anglers by shareing your knowledge and experience.  We also ask that you wear the Bad Bass Boys logo when fishing tournaments and display the Bad Bass Boys logo on your tow vehicle and boat.  Join Today!
