The weather right now is cold and crappy The lakes in the northern half of MN still have ice. I think the bass will have a later spawn this year so you'll probably catch the tail end of that if your here in June.

Cool. I think I normally catch the tail end of it. We go in early June. The 7th to be exact and normally a little late. I would like to hit pre-spawn or spawn this year if possible. Last year was good for pike. The bluegill hadn't started spawning until mid week last year and the big pike were cruising the shallows. I broke one off that was easy 3-4ft long. Hopefully I can get in on that again.
